Pewter Smokey Eyes Feat. LORAC Pro Palette

Hi lovelies!

Sorry I haven’t posted in a few days, I need to get back on a regular posting schedule of Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Unfortunately some weeks I may only be able to do 2 posts due to uni & work, but I’ll try my best! 😦

Today I have a makeup look for you guys! This is from a few weeks ago so I don’t remember all the products I used…Β but I thought you guys would like to see it anyway!

I used the LORAC Pro palette to create this eye look.

First I applied the LORAC behind the scenes eye primer & MAC painterly paint pot to my eyelids and blended over the crease. Next I blendedΒ Taupe, Mauve & Sable into the crease. I then applied Pewter all over the lid & blended the edges before applying Espresso to the outer corners & blending. I applied Pewter to the lower lashline, highlighted the browbone with Cream & used my favourite inner corner highlight shade ever Inglot pearl #395 in my inner corners. To finish off I applied black eyeliner to my tightline & waterline, black liquid eyeliner to my top lashline & coated my top & bottom lashes with mascara. I used MAC Mineralize blush in Gentle on my cheeks & Β I used Whitening Lightning lipgloss in Butter Cream on my lips.

What do you think of this smokey pewter/purple toned look? Would you try it?

This is such a perfect everyday look for work! I am so trying this tomorrow since I already own the Lorac Pro & painterly paint pot!!! Your brows are amaaaaazing, I could stare at them all day hahaha (don’t mean that in a creepy way). I really love simple makeup looks like this because it looks like you’ve put in heaps of effort but you haven’t used that many products.
What foundation did you use for this look Kate? Great work xx
